​Migdalia comes to Crown Counseling with over 1 year of clinical experience. Before becoming a therapist, Migdalia worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years. In her work, Migdalia strives to center social equity and emphasize the importance of interpersonal connection and community. She uses a combination of Narrative Therapy and Polyvagal Theory to help honor clients as people separate from their problems and highlight the ways they are hard-wired to experience life. In her free time, Migdalia enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
