Tray earned her Bachelor’s degree from Governors State University in 2019 and completed her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2024. Over the years, she's had the privilege of working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and she's learned that everyone’s story is unique. Tray's goal is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. Tray has 10 years of experience working in the community, supporting individuals from all walks of life. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to help people better understand their challenges, develop coping skills that feel more supportive, and create meaningful change.
