Brianna is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern from Governors State University where she studies to obtain a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. To support enhanced mental health outcomes and wellbeing, she employs an integrative approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Her treatment philosophy is collaborative as she partners with her clients to achieve their goals, gain insight into their behaviors, and attain transformative results. In her professional and educational experiences, she has amassed extensive knowledge and research related to anxiety, depression, and wellness.
