Geoff is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Business Administration and Religion. Geoff brings years of experience in the school system, working with youth in the Gen Ed, LD, and ED Special Ed populations. He also worked as Interim Educator at an Alternative Day Reporting Program, providing intensive supervision and educational supports to identified, at risk youth referred by the Department of Child Services or the Probation program. Geoff provides case management, home-based family centered casework, and advocates for his clients. Geoff has a positive attitude and enjoys working with youth and families to help them reach their goal achievements.

Karen has been working with DCS wards since 1997. She has been to numerous trainings on behavior management for children who are victims of trauma, abuse and/or neglect, or diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, RAD, etc. She prefers working with children 4-10 years old. She enjoys assisting them in learning coping skills, behavior management skills, anger management, and social skills. Karen uses a variety of modalities and approaches including Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

She enjoys and has experience working with children, adults and families. Her areas of specialization are in case management services, parent education, co-parenting, behavioral modification, fatherhood engagement, domestic violence, home based casework and supervised visitation with all services being provided in office, in home and in the community. She specializes in behavior modification, fathers engagement, casework services, independent living skills for teens and motivational interviewing. Nancy has worked in Home-based services for over 20 years alongside the Department of Child Services and Probation to assist families and foster families in crisis.
