The Home Based Therapist position provides in person therapy services to individuals and families in the client's home within Lake County.

Provide home-based casework services to individuals and families involved with the Department of Child Services/Probation from Region 2 (Porter, LaPorte, Newton, Jasper, Starke, Pulaski and Benton).
