Wen Dee utilizes an eclectic approach, extracting points from various evidence based therapies including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Narrative therapy, Strengths-Based therapy, and Mindfulness. She believes in the power of vulnerability and will advocate for her clients to see themselves in a positive light by offering hope and guidance in addressing and resolving problems they are experiencing.
