Anastasia earned her master's degree in education from PNW in 2014. She worked as a school counselor for several years before transitioning into youth development. She is completing her coursework to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor by interning at Crown Counseling. She utilizes trauma informed practices integrated with mindfulness and art expressive therapies to help clients work through life's challenges. While most of her previous work experience is with youth and adolescent teens, she is interested in working with all populations.
