Do you constantly feel as if you’re carrying an invisible weight that is constantly leaving you in a state of feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and lost? Therapy is the place to process those feelings and start beginning the process of letting go of those weights holding you down. Through therapy you will learn how your past experiences affect you now and how unresolved experiences can lead to you carrying all those weights with you. Dalton believes that anyone can benefit from therapy and the most important part of therapy is a good match with your therapist. Dalton specializes in working with individuals who have a lot of traumas, whether it be from childhood, family, or other relationships, and how those surface in your life today. Utilizing approaches such as Bowenian, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Strategic therapies to assist in processing those traumas and helping guide you to the healing and relief that you are seeking. Dalton is also Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy trained.
