She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach to counseling, tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths.
Kristen is dedicated to providing culturally responsive, affirming care and values working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. She has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodivergent individuals. She strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build effective coping skills, and discover their own capacity for resilience and growth. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, strengthen their sense of self, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
