With a diverse background in behavioral health, education, and supportive services, I bring experience working with individuals and families across a range of settings. My professional experience includes individual and group therapy with adolescents in an intensive outpatient (IOP) setting, supporting youth experiencing substance use, self-harm, depression, and other behavioral health concerns. I have also worked as a behavioral health technician in an inpatient mental health hospital and provided grief support in a funeral home setting. My additional experience in early childhood education and college campus security has strengthened my ability to work effectively with people of different ages and backgrounds, particularly during times of stress, transition, and vulnerability. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach that honors each client’s experiences, strengths, and capacity for growth. I see therapy as a collaborative process—helping clients develop insight, learn practical skills, and discover tools they can use to navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their own lives. I have a particular interest in working with adolescents and adults experiencing grief, substance use concerns, and the effects of trauma, with an emphasis on fostering hope, resilience, and greater confidence in moving forward.
